First i would like to say sorry for the incident, I caused against the Friendship house cubs. Secondly the saints will come back strong next year, we were missing Desi, Tyler York, and Me. I hope the All Native Commitee Will reconsider my two year suspension, and allow me to play my last year of intermediate.

Congratulations to Both teams for a game well played! I wish I was there to cheer you on and support all the young athletes! I am very happy that the games have been available over the internet because I can’t be there this year.
Shouts out to my boy, Sean Holland-playing for the north shore. Good luck to all the teams & hope everyone gets to enjoy the rest of the tourney. Peace & Good Health to All.

After reading the comments on Chris Haines, i feel compelled to make a comment myself. I have been living with Chris for the past month. and for the past month he has been talking about regreting what he has done to Kyle, and he wishes he can apologize and make things right. I know Chris would love to play his final year of intermediate and prove the doubters wrong(Nicole) and anyone else who thinks he can’t make things right.

ANT committee, teams, and fans,
I find it unfortunate that people are allowed to use this site to air their personal laundry. A fan like me, who is not able to attend this years tournament, was very happy to have this site available to keep me updated. I would have thought that the committee would screen comments and have guidelines as to what can be written and published. By allowing Miss Funk’s comment, it just opens the door for others who have personal issues.
As for apologies? I feel they should reconsider Chris Haines’ suspension as he is not the only one who has gotten aggressive in the ANT. This year alone, a similar incident has happened, the ref saw it, called it, and that was it? Maybe the ANT should consider having a representative from each community to be on the committe, instead of a select few.

I have to say great job Pam. Glad you are all well and having fun. Nate, keep playing your game and take it into your own hands if you need to. Mitch, do your defence thing man and take it to the boards. Sean hit those threes stay confident. T t Keep your head up and have fun. Raymond, keep that posative energy goin. Hey Pam! Dicky Baker called today to get info about how you and the team are doing! He’s pretty pleased with the update-he knows that you have been working really hard with the boys, in the community and with sponsorship! Congratulations on getting a relatively new team in the A.N.T. & keeping them in the hearts and minds of many back here in the city! The Elders Are Watching!!
Good luck with the game today at 6PM-I’ll be watching on the internet-Wish I was there. Look forward to seeing everyone back home safe and sound!

Yes , actually the ANT should reconsider the fact that we as Haidas only have the one rep on the committee – frank parnell.
well alot of good he does us when he does not even show face here on haida gwaii. sorry……………
just the flat out truth
would be nicer if we and any town had an actual rep that would come and see us all and take in our concerns , suggestions etc……….
MAKES MORE SENSE
why should we have to try to seek them out.
our interests as fans, players, etc……….should be something the reps or committee members should seek out.
it would not always mean negative comments
and would sure mean that communication to the very ppl that make this a success which i am saying are everyone.
so
we as any town/village etc………..need someone to rep us and who ever that be should be someone with more of the ppls interests or at least make themselves known to care for their nations
